- The administrator of personal data collected on the website wakeupcivic.com is Fundacja Wolne Sądy (Free Courts Foundation) with its registered office in Warsaw (00-540) at al. Ujazdowskie 37/2 (‘the Foundation’), entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and public health care institutions of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000829554.
- The Foundation automatically collects the following data about users: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. This data is collected solely for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the wakeupcivic.com website. User data is not used by the Foundation for any other purpose. Such information is used only to analyse and verify the functioning of the website.
