Information on the processing of personal data

1. The administrator of personal data collected on the website wakeupcivic.com is Fundacja Wolne Sądy (Free Courts Foundation) with its registered office in Warsaw (00-540) at al. Ujazdowskie 37/2 (‘the Foundation’), entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and public health care institutions of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000829554.
2. The Foundation automatically collects the following data about users: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. This data is collected solely for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the wakeupcivic.com website. User data is not used by the Foundation for any other purpose. Such information is used only to analyse and verify the functioning of the website. The Foundation also uses IP numbers for technical purposes – this is to ensure the reliable operation of the wakeupcivic.com website.

In order to provide the service related to contact via the contact form on the wakeupcivic.com website in the ‘Contact’ section, the user is required to provide their first name, surname and email address. 1. User data will be transferred to other entities only to the extent necessary to provide the contact service.
2. Users’ personal data will not be transferred to international organisations.
3. Users’ personal data will be transferred to a third country only to the extent necessary to perform the service – subscription to the newsletter or payment via the electronic payment system.

1. The legal basis for the collection of data read from cookies is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, which allows the processing of personal data for the legitimate purposes of the data controller. The purpose is to adapt the website to the individual settings of the user and to remember the data entered by the user in connection with the use of the website, as well as to conduct statistical analyses of users and visitors to the website for the purposes of the website administrator.
